Hello, I just wanted to share how a novice first time player of a card game like has started to take interest with Splinterlands.
First of all, I've tried this game without buying the spellbook just by casually playing the ranked mode. I got intrigued on how complicated the mechanics are which made me think to be hooked in this game. I've played for like a week before I've purchased the spellbook.
Continuing my journey, I've finished my first season and I'm on my second season which started of pretty bad due to the suddent rise of bots and matured players who got into the game faster that I was able to. I got anxious on every game which depleted my chances of properly thinking my tactics. I tried to rest for a day and thankfully, hive blogs and splintertank have provided me better knowledge and techniques about the game. The tg group also helped me with some basics decks because I wasn't able to save up to buy enough cards. So I had to grind my way to be able to purchase more cards and maybe packs.
This game is so exciting and at the same time heart pounding due to the different possibilities or outcomes that could happen every round. Even though I'm on lose streak, I try to stay calm and focus more on the decks and placements.
THANK YOU FOR THIS WONDERFUL GAME ON HIVE BLOCKCHAIN SPLINTERLANDS!!
