So we have analysed the top - therefore this leaves us only with the bottom half of the table, some teams have a lot of ground to make up while others we expected, all will be uncovered in our analysis...
So here is the bottom half of the table. With two games played this is by no means how it will finish although it indicates towards early form and what to expect until October...
The only team we are impressed with is Brighton in the bottom half, their 3-2 win at home showed why they are in the premier league - if they sort out their away form I belive that they could challenge for Europa League spots although while they only seem to score at home, they are in a relegation battle.
The next team to be covered is Arsenal. Are we suprised they are here? Short answer - no. They have had two very, very tough fixtures against the two title favourites while having to adapt to a Man City style of footballwhich when played badly can leave your defense with a lot to do and with Arsenals defence I am not surprised that they lost both matches. Although they now have an easy run of fixtures which they should win although if they dont - this could become worrying...
West Ham have had an awful start. There are problems with the stadium and the players that they have bought are not gelling meanwhile I do wonder after Pelligrini’s awful seasons in China whether his tactics are a bit stale. They have lost both games and have only scored one goal - this is not what they would have had been hoping for. They need to step up or there may be more corner flag invasions.
The final team is Fulham who have had a difficult start although they have had injury problems and lots of new players - give them a couple games and they should start performing - they have to much quality to get relegated.
That is all from us tonight - thank you very much for reading please upvote and have a nice day.
