in #sport2 years ago

Hi, guys!

I often tell a lot about my love to sports, different types of it, yet still my main love is ability to fly in the air, and for that I have a number of ways. Favorite ones are aerial silks.

Aerial silks, also known as aerial fabrics or aerial tissu, is a form of aerial acrobatics in which performers climb, wrap, and pose in aerial silks that are suspended from the ceiling. Aerial silks can be made from a variety of fabrics, including silk, nylon, or polyester, and come in different lengths and widths to accommodate different skill levels and performance styles.

Performers use the fabric to create various poses, drops, and dynamic movements, often accompanied by music and other aerial apparatus such as trapezes, hoops, or ropes. Aerial silks requires a combination of strength, flexibility, and grace, and is a popular form of performance art and fitness.

Training for aerial silks typically involves building strength and flexibility through conditioning exercises, as well as learning proper technique and safety procedures for climbing, wrapping, and performing in the silks. Performers must also be knowledgeable about rigging and safety procedures to ensure a safe and successful performance.

Aerial silks is a beautiful and challenging form of acrobatics that requires dedication, skill, and creativity. It can be performed solo or in groups, and is a popular form of entertainment in circuses, theaters, and other live events.
