Hi, guys!
Today I continue my sport equipment stories, and I finally want to talk about fitness tracker. Yesterday our trackers arrived, it's Huawei honor band 3.
The device comes in small pleasant box, that also includes a protective film. I didn't place mine, don't like them:)
Interesting thing is that it can be used for swimming, so it doesn't fear water.
For using the device I installed two apps on my phone, Huawei Wear and Health. Now I want to talk a few about what exactly do I need the device for.
First of all, and the most important for me, it tracks my sleeping phases and can wake me in the time period I set in a most painless way - vibration. For me it's a perfect solution, I wake up crazy from the alarm, or any loud sound in general. Plus waking up is not pleasant thing for me in general, so if I can make it in the correct sleeping phase it's really great.
Second - life time tracking of my heartbeat. Useful for training, but also for life, cause I naturally have a really fast heart, +panic attacks.
Third - I always wished to have a pedometer. I'm a fidget, so I was always interested about how many steps I do even inside my house lol:)
And, of course, training programs. Yet I tested only sleep tracking, but today in the gym I'll have the possibility to make a full test.
Happy workout everyone!:)
I wish you all the best and will be happy if you'll support me with vote:)

I think I should get a smartwatch. It looks looks useful.
It really is:)
Nice colourful tattoo you have on your wrist..... Can you show the full tattoo?
These trackers can be very useful. I used to jog quite a bit so wear a Polar M400 watch which has GPS and a heart strap; it also measures steps. I aim for the 10,000 a day but I read an article the other day which discussing that it's not a realistic target for health. Can't be bad for you though so I'll carry on.
As you suggest reviewing sleeping patterns and whether or not you're sleeping well is pretty cool. It's good that you can start to pick up patterns of behaviour over time.
I didn't know Huawei has a fitness tracker, thanks for informing me. I hope one day this technologies like trackers for the heart will be more available to the general public, this will be a great help in this day and age. Thanks you again. This was a big help.
