Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave Real Madrid, according to reports in Spain today.
Spanish newspaper AS understand that the five-time Ballon d’Or winner feels ‘betrayed’ by unfulfilled promises by president Florentino Perez to renew his contract at the Bernabeu.
AS understands that current ballon d' or winner Ronaldo has made up his mind to leave his current employers and force a move back to Manchester United, the club he left for Los Blancos back in the summer of 2009.
urthermore, AS claim that Ronaldo has informed teammates of his decision.
The legendary Portuguese forward, who turns 33 next month, was reportedly told that he would be handed an improved contract after helping Madrid win last season’s Champions League final against Juventus in Cardiff.

But despite previously making it clear that he would like to end his career at the Bernabeu, Ronaldo isn’t anywhere closer to signing a contract extension.
His current deal expires in 2021 and he’s understood to be earning £365,000-a-week
