There is no trace of the disease anymore - and even the form seems to be better than before the disease π€£ Running training consists of a 3km warm-up (average 5: 10 / kmπ²), then 10x200m sprints (average ~ 3: 45 / kmπ²π²) and 3 km of relaxation. I don't think I've ever run such fast sprints. The training in the swimming pool πββοΈ, where I was gone for almost a yearπ, was even more surprising. It was supposed to be calm 10x50m and the paces were like in the best times. I am mega surprised by the form, but just be happy πͺ.
