Early morning training

I like training outdoors, in summer and wintertime. I like breathing fresh air and hearing the sounds of birds in the early morning. I train with kettlebells and logs, in various weights.

This morning I did this training in my garden:
*60 squat-kicks with ankle weights of 1.5 kilo each.
*30 kettlebell Swings, 16 kilo
*30 goblet squats, kettlebell 16 kilo
*30 front squats, with 2 kettlebells of 16 kilo each
*10x left, single leg deadlifts, with 2 kettlebells, 16 kilo each
*10x right, single leg deadlifts, with 2 kettlebells, 16 kilo each
*30 squat/press 2 hands with log of 50 kilo
*10x left arm, squat/press with log of 50 kilo
*10 x right arm squat/press with log of 50 kilo

I finish my trainings with a cold shower for 1 minute, this is good for muscle recovery.
