Everybody is how to hold to motion, what to think when very tired?

Every day, I would take 1-3 hours out to study, take a class on coursera, or buy a skill book to read. (in my sophomore year, I read wealth of nations and capital on a whim. I fell asleep and continued to read for half an hour every day. As a result, I only finished reading for half a year.
If I had stared at the result, I would not have been able to hold on. Damn it -- nothing ever happened.
But one way I've found to keep things going is to have fun with what you're doing.
For example, I found that when I was running, I could get a headset to listen to music and enjoy the roadside scenery while listening to music, which was very comfortable. For example, when I play games, I can understand a lot of English games, and the frequency of looking up the dictionary is obviously reduced. I am very happy. For example, I learn some skills, with friends and relatives blow B has a new topic, can be justified according to the source... And then come up with a fun little game, you can open the computer yourself to play, very interesting.
I also have many times, in a few days, half a month, or even a month, a thing did not do, then continue to do. For example, I was sick before and didn't run for half a month. There will always be times when things get delayed, and if you're finished, you're not going to stick with it, you're not going to get anything done, and you're not going to keep doing it. And if you think, hey, you're finally healthy, you want to go to music and enjoy the view, then you're happy to keep doing it.
So, find joy in something, and if you can't find joy in it anyway, stick with it. Don't rush for quick success, and don't insist on doing one thing for vanity.
