The stadium area includes the stadium itself, as well as parking for 502 passenger cars, 12 buses and 94 VIP places. Initially, the track had a length of 325 meters, however, before the 2017 season the geometry of the second curve was changed, resulting in a change of track length and now amounts to 318 meters. The straight length is 62 meters each. The radius of arches is 31 meters. The width of the granite covered track is variable - on straight lines it is 12 meters, on arches 18. The track band separates the space of 3 meters from the audience. An innovative solution applied during the construction of the track is the inclination of the track inwards. On straight lines it is about 4% (ie 50 cm), and on curves 6 ÷ 7% (ie 110 cm). This feature is designed to enable players to develop higher speeds, and to make it easier to overtake at a distance. The track center is not suited for running sports other than speedway. Often you can find the opinion that it is the most modern speedway in the world [4].
The stands, according to the original plans, were to accommodate 15,000 spectators. The lower part of the stands accommodates approximately 7,000 people. The first row of seats starts 2 meters above the track level. The upper floor holds about 8,000 people. The whole has been divided into four sectors marked with colors: the red Grand Tribune and the VIP boxes (the starting straight line), the blue tribune (the first arch and the opposite straight line), the yellow tribune (guest sector, 1,100 seats), and the green tribune (second arch). Each sector has separate entrances, and admission tickets are only valid within the given tribune. During the construction of the stadium, a full roofing of the stands was built, which in 2011 was rebuilt to cover the track [5].
The northern part of the object is a machine park with places for 50 competitors.
The track is illuminated if necessary with lamps with a total intensity of 1,200 lux, while lighting with an intensity of 1000 lux is suspended under the roof and is to illuminate the stadium's plate.
