It's been awhile from last Sohlberg's outing in a WRC or R5 car. As far as I remember, last time it was WRC Rally Sweden with For Fiesta R5. He was promising young driver back in 2002 when he was runner up in Production World Rally Championship. Next year he drove three events with Mitsubishi World Rally Team (it was sabbatical year for them) and I remember very good that he had some great stage times in New Zealand. He was even faster then Alistair McRae on some of the stages.
In 2004 he became works driver for Mitsubishi with five events program. He retired from all five events. That was all from him as a works driver. Next what I remember that he drove for Erkan Kazas's team with Subaru Impreza S10 and S11. Sixth place at Sardinia was his best result of entire WRC career.
