Hello!
We can not have results in training as good as he is without knowing how our body works.
The most used and well-known is the muscular system. We need to understand how to do it, how it works and how we can train him as best as possible to achieve maximum performance and reduce injuries as much as possible.
I know that many of you have been out of anatomy classes (like me) :), but ... if you want results in sports it's good to know.

To begin with, let's see what the muscular system is:
The simplest we can define the muscular system as : the muscular system consists of muscles, the active organs of the movement.
The active role is achieved by the skeletal muscular (somatic), which has in its structure striated muscular tissue.
The structure of the muscle:
- a central, bulky portion called the body of the muscle
- Two extremities, white pearls, called tendons. One of the tendons was inserted on the fixed bone (origin) and the other on the moving bone (insertion).
- The tendons are muscle-binding structures with bones, fibrous connective tissue, resistant and non-stretchable.
- Aponevrozes are broad tendons of muscular insertion. They may be located intramuscularly or surround other muscles. The term aponeurosis is similar to fascia (lumbar fascia).
Muscle types:
- skeletal striata: it shows voluntary contraction, it represents about 40% of the body weight, there are about 500, participate in
realization of movements through voluntary rapid contractions, large fibers - Cardiac striate: shows involuntary contraction, medium contraction rate, large fibers
- smooth: involuntary contraction, forms the muscles of the internal organs (visceral muscles), the slow contraction rate, small fibers.
Let us get here today :)
Have a nice day :)
