Manchester United survived a 0-0 draw at Sevilla, all thanks to their goalkeeper David De Gea who produced an exceptional performance to deny the hosts.

Los Rojiblancos dominated the match with possession, but could not convert their chances as De Gea made several outstanding saves, including a point-blank stop to deny Luis Muriel's header before half-time. United's only shot on target was a disallowed goal from Romelu Lukaku, who had handled the ball.

Manchester United were fortunate to have David De Gea under the crossbar which again became a hero after a crucial save, one at the end of the first half when Luis Muriel's close-range header cleared. Jose Mourinho's squad had broken into the host's goal in the second half, but unfortunately Romelu Lukaku assessed the referee touch the ball with his hands first.
