Greetings Sports! Hello steemian, I'm back again to share the title of the Bleep Test. Maybe for those of you who are very unfamiliar with the sports world, you will not know what is meant by Bleep Test. Bleep Test is a test used to determine the level of one's physical fitness. Usually, this test is used for sports such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, futsal, and others. Bleep Test can be done with 3-8 more people if the bleep test area is wide enough.
Athletes Requirements to Follow the Bleep Test
Yes, athletes or others who want to do Bleep Test also have requirements that must be met so that at the time of the test can do it optimally.
- Eat 2 Hours before doing the test.
- The test participants should be in good health.
- Before performing the test, the test participants should warm up enough.
- Check the pulse, the pulse should be pulsed at least 5 times in 6 seconds and a maximum of 10 times in 6 seconds. If less than 5 time or more than 10 times, test participants are not allowed to participate, because test participants may be sleep deprived or unhealthy.
Bleep Test Equipment
Bleep test must also have the equipment, such as need a field that is not slippery, can be on the asphalt or spacious field.
- Flat track/field that extends over 20 Meters and is not slippery.
- Speaker.
- CD Bleep Test.
Test Preparation
- Measure the length of the test path is 20 meters and mark it at both ends of the test path.
- Make sure CD Bleep Test is not damaged or stuck.
- The test participants wore sports shoes and sportswear.
Implementation Test
- Especially Coach provide direction as well as exemplify to do the test.
- Turn on the Tape Recorder Bleep Test from scratch and follow the instructions.
- At the beginning, the distance between two "tut" signals marks an accurately measured one-minute interval.
- The test participants are required to get to the opposite end line before the "tut" sounds, then ran again until the opposite end line.
- Each time the participant completes a 20-meter sprint, the position of one of the legs must step on or cross the line. Next, wait for the "tut" sound and run back.
- If the test participant fails to achieve one or more steps from the 20-meter line after the "tut" sounds, the test taker is given 1 chance.
- If during the tolerance period the test participant fails to reach the line, then he is declared discontinued from the test activity.
