Girona-Las Palmas
Girona: Competitive at “Mestalla” despite the loss from the superior Valencia (2-1). She took the lead in score early with the usual suspect, Cristhian Stuani, gave a hard time o the “bats” but broke with one autogoal at 27’ and one penalty at 47’ for which there were many protests. The participation of stoppers Marc Muniesa (10/0) and Pedro Alcala (5/1) is doubtfull.
Las Palmas: Bad start in the first appearance of Jemez with loss from Eibar (1-2) with a comeback in few minutes towards the end of the game. On Tuesday she lost 4-0 from Valencia for the cup (played mostly with substitutions). The squad stayed in mainland to avoid unnecessary hardship. The back Michel (14/0),stopper Bigas (11/0) and midfielder Samperio (2/0) are injured. They acquired 3 players during winter and needs at least another 3.
Verdict: Las Palmas is changing with the coming of Paco Jemez and we don’t exclude the possibility of giving Girona a hard time which is more vulnerable in her home anyway. We move away from the One and towards over 2.5(1.7).
Real Madrid-Villarreal
Real: New disappointment, another point loss (2-2 Celta). Marcelo was the negative star, Ronaldo was nowhere to be found. Good performance from Bale with two goals and Navas with the penalty save before the final whistle. At -16 from the top, Zidane under pressure. Benzema (12/2) won’t probably make it, captain Sergio Ramos will miss another one(13/0).
Villarreal: Draw that tasted like a loss against La Coruna (1-1). She took the lead, couldn’t finish it despite having the chances to do so and was equalized in the end. Her new transfer move R. Martinez, Columbian forward is coming to fill the gap of Bakambu who left for 40 million to China.
Verdict: No one would be surprised if Real loses points again especially against an opponent as dangerous as Villarreal. We will go with 2 at +1.5 Asian Handicap (2.35).
Eibar-Atletico Madrid
Eibar: The hottest Primera team with 19 points (6-1-0) in seven games! Away win with a comeback at Las Palmas (1-1 73’, 1-2 77’), in a game which her performance wasn’t good. First game with a goal for the Chilean midfielder Orellana. First in over 2.5 (13) in the league for consecutive home wins. Arbilla is grounded (stopper 14/1), Back Capa is given doubtful.
Atetico: Maintained an impressive tradition against Getafe (2-0). Big star Diego Costa, scored in his first game and was sent off after celebration. No problem in cup game against Geida (3-0). Besides Costa Savic (stopper 16/0) and Gabi (17/0) are also grounded. Saul (17/2) and Luiz (12/1) are coming back.
Verdict: Really bad cross. Eibar is at ATH, Atletico seems fresh confident and has really improved defense performance. NO BET.
La Coruna-Valencia
La Coruna: Signs of improvement in the last game against Villarreal (1-1). Equalized during the end of the match and took a precious point, thanks to which is now out of danger zone. 3rd worst defense in Primera. Shar (stopper 15/2), Valverde (MF 15/0) and maybe Lucas Perez are coming back. Winger Cartabia (14/2) and Bakkali (12/0) are out.
Valencia: Won last game against Girona despite receiving goal from ... the change-room. Equalized early and doubled her goals with a penalty at 48’. On Tuesday she eliminated Las Palmas (4-0) for cup. Winger Pereira (16/3) and Kondogbia (16/3) are grounded. Stopper Murillo and Soler are not ready yet.
Verdict: Games at Riazor usually have nice tempo and many goals. Possible over, we also combine it with 2, since Valencia is better and the style of La Coruna fits her in theory. 2+Over 2.5 (3.2).
We wish you good luck whatever you may chose.!
