So everyone who watches sports are probably getting ready for the biggest event of the year. Fantasy Football drafts. O ya parties and trash talk meet, with the ability to still draft a good team. So I tend to do a little research before the draft happens, or you end up drafting Jamal Charles in the first round and he doesn't play all year. 
So here is what I am looking at right now. The odds anyone in my own league sees this are small, so here are my concerns so far.
1.Green bay's backfield was a mess, they got rid of lacy and starks was hurt. Montgomery was the best by far, but he does have sickle cell, so you got to see where he plays this year, he missed games later year because of it. So if you can get him as a steal I would.
Lynch is back, but is he a number 1. I love the guy but the hype might be too much.
Who is the number one receiver with the Giants now. Marshall is a stud and can get his own, HE HAS BEEN THE ONLY OPTION ON HIS TEAMS AND PUTS UP MONSTER NUMBERS STILL. Then what about Odell, the guy is kinda a head case, and did get shut down a couple games last year. Not on the top of my list year.
Then there is the cowboys. Ya most people with Elliot won last year, but they are having huge off field issues. Got to wonder if he is the next Ray Rice.
I agree, the Lynch hype needs to settle down. He hasn't even played since 2014 and he's 31 years old.
Ya but man if you could steal him 3rd round, and he works out. Almost a guaranteed playoff team. The one thing I have learned is you have to be poised picking. Or you end up with a crappy team
It's still hard to take someone in the 3rd after that much time off and his age.

I got the 1st pick in a 14 team league. I'm thinking David Johnson with the 1st pick overall. What do you think?
Yes, PPR or Standard, you can't go wrong with a guy who's the workhorse of an offense like Arizona's.
Ya I would say he is up there. I am in phoenix so a cards fan. Just hate drafting homers. Then it is a double wammy if they are bad.....
I hear ya. I'm a Giants fan. I had ODB last year with my 1st pick...I'd rather have that solid RB1. I think David Johnson is going to get a heavy workload this year. Maybe 30 touches a game...but who knows? Good luck to your Cardinals.

On the 2nd 3rd round swing I'm thinking going RB again and then WR. Gonna hold off on QB until the later rounds. QB seems to be pretty deep. Any thoughts?
I usually go rb rb rb, but now that there are very few who don't split touches, I will probably pick a receiver in the first 3 rounds. if you get a chance grab juilio or a number one receiver. Also the spread between qbs are low so don't grab one early

Not really? Not because I don't like soccer. I am just into too many things, and I just don't have a ton of free time.... Is soccer fantasy easy?
Kind of. You just pick your team, and then you choose who your captain should be every week. Then you can do transfers if you feel like it.
I'm also going to be creating some fantasy football leagues with SBD prizes. Working on the logistics of them now and how much to offer for prizes. Going to have weekly games as well. Should be a fun season!
