In this article I want to pay attention to such trends in sports, fitness and bodybuilding. Despite the fact that these sports are quite distinct and different as on the training process and the results – I want to draw a line and write your personal opinion on this matter.
What is bodybuilding?
The word "bodybuilding" in a literal translation from English sounds like construction (building) and the body (the body). Actually, the translation speaks for itself, but if you pay attention to terminology, we can come to the following concept: bodybuilding is the process of development and growth of muscles through physical exercises with weights, and also with the intake of high energy food with a high content of protein, which promotes hypertrophy of muscle fibers. Simply put, we eat a lot of protein, lift a lot of iron, as a result, erected on a pedestal all to see the beautiful relief on the body.
What is fitness?

Fitness is a Wellness technique that allows you to change the weight and shape of the body and to consolidate the achieved results for a long time. Fitness classes, as a rule, in parallel, accompanied by properly chosen diet. Diet and set of exercises in fitness, unlike aerobic exercise, selected individually from each, guided by structure and feature shape. Fitness is unique in that it is available to everyone, regardless of health and age, even pregnant women.
As a conclusion I want to emphasize the following interesting point: for building huge muscle mass, the body requires enormous amounts of protein to maintain the figure in an elegant and harmonious form, they should be picky with food and severely restrict their diet, which, of course, much more difficult. But on the other hand, if you look at the training process, bodybuilding requires much more physical effort and enormous motivation. What is closer to you, fitness or bodybuilding – only you can decide.
