I think there are many ways to improve the game of Baseball right now. The #1 priority should be pace of play and total game time. Our society is fast paced now and the younger generation have a shorter attention span! So shortening the game and getting rid of dead times should help grow the game again with the youngsters. I'm pretty sure 2017-18 JUICED balls helped a bit too ;)
