Easily one of the best bodyweight exercises out there. After a month of doing pull ups regularly my posture is noticeably better. I usually run one lap (1/4 mile) do as many as I can and then continue on for 1.5 miles. My current max is only 13 reps. Goal is 20!

Sounds like a killer circuit there! I don't doubt you've seen improvements on your posture in your training. That's achievement you get to enjoy throughout your day :)
