Healthy life

Hello everyone!
I live a healthy life. I go to the gym every day except weekends. I eat healthy food. That change my life and my results.

Earlier i eat everything don't go to the gym and that makes my feel bad and i started fat. I liked sweets, cakes and everything what was sweet. Later i think and i decided to improve myself that i can change my habits. I started eat healthy, go to the gym. At the begining was very difficult. It was very difficult to resist my own intellectuals. My friend gave me a lot advice. He always support me and i really grateful for him. When i started live a healthy life my weight was 68kg. I didn't sleep well. I always feelt fatigue. Now i feel very energy,strong,always sleep well and my mood is great. From the beginning of the sport to the present i lost 9kg and its very visible.

I eat five times in a day. I eat chicken, salads, curds and more. I love see my results on my body. That makes me motivated and reach my goals further. My goals are always feel great, get well sleep and get great mood and certainly i'v been well built.

When you see your results you want to go forwards. One of the rule want to reach your goals are:First you must love yourself such as you are. When i was started eat healthy my face sort of. I always had a acne, but now is there are few acne and rarely.
70% your results make up food and 30% sports. Now I enjoy my great mood.
