"I'm extremely embarrassed because of that video" Should have lead with I'm extremely disappointment in myself and my actions and the video certainly highlighted just how bad my behavior was.

When I first heard about it I thought it was domestic violence but as it has turned out it is just plain violence as he had never met the woman prior to pushing and kicking her. Ouch.....
