Today was a Ton Of Pull-ups! I don’t know what got into me today but I counted it up and I did 200 Pull-ups!!! Then at the end I threw in some core Training on the parallette bars. Now before you start to think that I am superwoman I will admit that I did all of these pull ups with a resistance band. Even though in my mind that doesn't degrade my efforts at all :) Great to have company in the Gym for a workout with @bikindrumz No slacking when your doing Partner Workouts Especially when your both very competitive :D
We are all privileged to have a free lifetime gym membership through bodyweight exercises. These exercises can be done anywhere and with diligent practice can be mastered!

wow that's very impressive,, I used pull-up bar at home to work on my pull-ups but its kind of tuff for me to pull up my strength at times.. I guess it takes time..
Do you do any of your pull ups using a resistance band? This is very helpful in increasing your pull up strength.
