RE: NBA Finals prediction right on schedule

in #sports7 years ago

I predicted that the Rockets would face off against the 76ers in the finals and nothing in the playoffs so far has shown me that this prediction will not come to fruition.

You will be wrong. Golden State and Cleveland will be in the Finals again.

Lebron has the best player in the East. Their role players will figure it out.

Nobody is beating Golden State. They have the most dynamic offense and efficiency of player movement with the combination of stars that have symmetry in the league. Unfortunately, Klay Thompson will make it hard for James Harden (*when has he shown he can lead a team into the finals?).

Chris Paul will rise to the occasion, but will not be enough for a KD, Draymond's length, athleticism, and understanding.

Sort:

What players do you think are going to figure it out? Cleveland does not have a player that can take over a game when Lebron is off his game. Kevin Love, Korver, Jr Smith, Clarkson...all spot up shooters that are not good at creating on their own. Also, Both Capela with Houston and Embiid with Philly have more than enough length to contend with the smaller Draymond Green. I still think Golden State has the most talent, but I don't think we are going to see the same Steph Curry and I think that Houston finally has the firepower, court general and post game to take down the defending champs.
