He certainly played well, but it really means nothing in the grand scheme of things. It would be worrisome if he didn't play well, but him showing up in a summer league game doesn't prove anything for how his rookie year will go...in my opinion!
Nevertheless, I got high hopes for the kid! I think he has great potential, and could be just what the Lakers need.
Yeah, I think the lakers have been void a solid point guard since the D. Fish days...tbh... they never really ever had a solid point guard in a long long time. The clout of kobe, really prevented them from getting a perennial point guard.
Yeah, the last 4 years of Kobe really hurt the team too. I guess if that hadn't happened that Magic wouldn't have shown up...so maybe it was good!? Haha.
I really hope the kid becomes good. Like really good. It's great for the league when the Lakers are contenders.
