El Atlético del Madrid, un equipo con que tiene mucha sed de venganza en finales, quizás no recientemente en Europa League, pero sí en la liga de Champions, recordemos las 2 finales perdidas contra el Real Madrid, que no fueron consecutivas pero tuvieron únicamente un año de intervalo, entre una y otra. Además de la estrella del Atlético del Madrid que también perdió una final de la Eurocopa junto a la selección de Francia que cayó contra Portugal.
