You are on point! Without proper rest and recovery progress is either lost or halted. It is one area of health & fitness that often gets overlooked. When I was a practicing Massage Therapist I treated lots of over training injuries that could have been prevented with proper rest/recovery.

Sucks when you have to learn the hard way. I've had to take this detour myself and I am grateful for it. Now I take full advantage of self care in all its forms. I hope you have changed your ways too.. Taking the time for self care and recovery far outweighs being broken
