Two nights off knockout soccer ahead for us.

I missed the early game but with two small kids it's 8pm before i get to sit down in the day. Caught the last five minutes of it though and looked like a cracker.

This is the best round of the champions league when you have a lot to play for but teams are still trying to go all out for the win.

Especially in the second leg where it's all or nothing. You see a lot of crazy games for this round every year and i expect this year to be no different.

There are three games at 8pm tonight but my main interest will be in watching Celtic V Bayern. I love to watch Celtic anyway as they play some great attacking and fast paced soccer but will be totally outclassed against a strong Bayern side. I can see them losing by 3-4 goals easily enough.

If they concede early then it could be a lot more as they are not built for these top tier games. They were very lucky come out of the home leg just 2 -1 down and away it will be a different story with Bayern very comfortable in their own stadium.

I think is good value at that price. I think that the Celtic game will cover half of this bet by itself being dominated by Bayern. Who should score a lot of goals and then a good few cards to a frustrated Celtic team on their way out of the competition.

I'm looking forward to a good night of soccer and these bets are great to keep the excitement alive for the full match as you are always looking for a few more events to get it over the line.

I came very close in the last round to winning €1500 on the same bet but was let down by 7 corners across 16 games with one match only returning 3 corners which killed my bet off. If they had tried a bit harder the other two parts of the bet had come in with €50 at 28 - 1 almost a great night for me.
