Great post. Running fit there mate... maybe I should get into running.

I looked up some of the benefits:

  • Prevent Disease. For women, running can actually help to lower your risk of breast cancer
  • Lose Weight
  • Boost Your Confidence
  • Relieve Stress
  • Eliminate Depression
