Greinke (2-1) allowed a fly near Brandon Belt but did not give more freedoms. He admitted only three hits and stitched his second consecutive win.

Brad Boxberger forced Belt to raise a balloon with two outs in the ninth inning. He credited his fifth consecutive rescue in the beginning of the season, one night after allowing Belt to shake a home run that produced the advantage race in the tenth inning.
