Neymar could be coming to an end. According to several French media, the PSG could officially announce the signing of Neymar tomorrow or last. The newspaper MARCA has been informing since last July 18 that the French set was willing to pay the 222 million clause of the Brazilian.
In addition, French radio 'Europe 1' reported Monday that Paris Saint-Germain would have room to officially present to Neymar. According to this medium, the Parisian club has already received the permission of the public authorities to do so in the center of Paris. It is speculated that the place could be the Trocadero Square, with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic was already presented at the same site in 2012 and the PSG would also be working to strengthen security measures in the face of the presentation of Neymar. The exact day and place of the presentation is still unknown, but the Gendarmerie would already be preparing to cover the event.
Who loses? Neymar or Barcelona?

Football loses. If the uefa allows PSG to avoid the financial fair play rules like this, it will only further prove how corrupt they are. If this becomes the new standard in football its going to be the downfall of all fair competition and sports in general.
Excellent, I like your answer is all a reality.
