Spain Make Sure One Place in Russia
Spain strolled to the 2018 World Cup finals after successfully defeating Albania 3-0 in the Group G eurozone qualifying group held at Estadio Jose Rico Perez, Alicante on Saturday (7/10).
Appearing dominant almost throughout the game, all goals La Furia Roja was born in the first round, each through the action Rodrigo, Isco and Thiago Alcantara.
Playing in front of the public itself, Spain appears to attack since the first minute. Spain finally successfully led 1-0 in the 16th minute. Receive a brilliant assist Isco, Rodrigo opened fire volley left foot that cannot be intercepted Etrit Berisha into goals.
Excellence Spain increased to 2-0 in 24 minutes. Receive the ball bait Koke in the penalty box, Isco smartly opened a hard shot which again forced Berisha picked up the ball from his own net.
Just three minutes later, Thiago did not want to miss his name listed on the scoreboard. Crossing the beautiful of the debutant player, Odriozola successfully headed into a goal by Thiago who came from the second line.
Despite trailing three goals, Albania has not lost their confidence. Unfortunately, some opportunities to minimize miss fail to be utilized properly by Azdren Llullaku and friend. Score 3-0 was closed the first half.
Back from the locker room, Albania coach Christian Panucci made two substitutions at once. Spain still continues their dominance, especially in midfield. Unfortunately, the opportunities that try to be created yet to penetrate the visitors' defense for the fourth time.
One hour running game, Spain coach Julen Lopetegui pulled out the much-discussed defender Gerard Pique and replaced him with Nacho Fernandez.
Entering the 69th minute, Albania got a golden opportunity to dilute the distance. Unfortunately, Sadiku's header is still on the goalkeeper David De Gea.
Despite continuing to create opportunities in the Albanian defense, there remains no additional goal for Spain until the fight is over. The 3-0 score became the end result of this fight.
This victory makes Spain firmly on top of Group G with 25 points, not overtaken by Italy who in the other party only able to draw 1-1 against Macedonia.
