My philosophy on training

in #sports9 years ago

My philosophy on training is simple and direct.  You must connect the communication between your mind and body.  First and foremost, you must understand the way the body works.  Too many people jump into exercise without understanding the principles that are necessary to keep the body safe from injury and to make continued progress.  Without understanding these key principles, people spend more time exercising than needed, while not getting half the benefit they can.  As a result, my aproach is to share the philosophy and theory, in order to help the client better understand and focus on the exercises they are doing.  To increase the focus will help you obtain far better results than the person who is simply going through the motion.

Once you have the basics down, its time to start learning about how to layer your workouts so you can steadily improve in all aspects in fitness.

By including a variety of different techniques, you will improve in areas such as strength, balance, cordintation, endurance, and mind body connection.  Weight loss is usually a common motivator in the beginning, however people often find the benefits of training extend far beyond physical apearences.  The sense of accomplishment one obtains is extremely empowering and becomes addictive.

So now that youre working hard in the gym, its time to be eating smart in the kitchen.  We are what we eat.  Without properly understanding what you put into your body, your chances of prolonged sucess are minimal.  The idea here is not to have to keep a food log for the rest of your life, but to learn how to identify nutrient dense foods and the value they have on helping your body maintain optimal performance and energy levels.

So with the combination of understanding our bodies design, including a variety of training styles in a well rounded routine and having a strong knowledge of nutrition, you will enter a way of life that is extremely fulfilling. The world around us is full of fun, full of life, full of opportunity.  Dont sit there while it passes by.

And some animation for Steemit ;) Do any other such animations?
