Dhangadhi Cricket Cup will be organised from Jestha 25 - Jestha 32. It will be the inter school cricket tournament that will be played in the 20-20 format. A total of 16 schools will participate in this tournament.
All the matches will be played in knock out format. The winning school will get the sum of rupees twenty five thousand while the runeer up will get the sum of rupees twelve thousand five hundred rupees. The player of the tournament will be awarded rupees one thousands. The best batsman, best bowler and rising player of the tournament will get the sum of rupees five hundred rupees as well. Along with the cash reward, all the winners will get trophies and certificates. The players should not be above than Class 10 to participate in this tournament.
Few Rules of this tournament :
All the matches will be played as knockout.
Mat wicket will be used in the tournament.
Jersey of two teams should be of two different colours while playing a match. Pad, Cap and Hat shold be of same colour.
A minimum of 5 overs can decide the match if the climate is unfavorable.
A team can select 15 players for their tournament squad.
In case of injury, organizers will only bear the primary first aid.
All matches will be played by white ball in T-20 format.
Documents of players should be submitted during team entry.
In case of irresponsible behaviour by any team in or outside the field, they will be out from the tournament.
The final call in the field depends on the Umpire. There will be no any review system.
