My July challenge: 31 days of Running

Tommorow is the 1st of July and its perfect time for new goal and new challenges. I decided to set myself a goal that every single day of July I will be out for a run.

It is not very healthy as body needs some time to rest. So I decided that as soon as my Polar flow recovery status reaches very strained I will be out only for 3-4 km recovery run. My plan is to run more than 200 kilometers in July.
