I'll share one of the best things i done to my life during the last 4 years,
paragliding, all the education and process.
This image is from my first SIV and one of my first spirals, the feeling of g-force was very different from all calm and relaxing flights from before.
You have to fix your angle of view to somewhere like edges of the glider or maybe the horizon line because when u start to feel the g-force it is really hard to move your head in that position, and you have to keep you body tight before starting, put your legs together and stiffen your muscles because when the u get into the spiral your blood tends to move from your head downward in your body and this at first affects you eyesight and you may star to blackout,it is very important to get out of it very fast if that happens to you, it happened to me just in my first one and it was really scary but i done 4 more spirals in that flight and it didn't happened again, this is one of the most important reasons that you have to sleep well and eat well before you start your SIV.
O, i forget to tell what SIV is, it acronyms for Simulation d’Incident en Vol, "S.I.V gives the pilot a dynamic reaction to recover his/her paraglider to normal flight from unexpected situation, with an instructor’s guidance. The aim for that, preparing the pilot to react properly to an unexpected or dangerous situation while flying. This course is about learning the limits of your wing, this will give you more confidence in your everyday flying. "(http://skysports-turkey.com/en/siv/)
