Applying Mutual Understanding Between Team Members

in #sportstalk5 years ago

In various sports, of course, many benefits are obtained apart from the health side itself.
In the field of sports which are a match, and are of a team nature, it requires high cohesiveness. It is not easy to be compact. It takes time, especially to reduce selfishness, then tries to unite the thoughts in the team.

The simplest way to learn to reduce selfishness is to get rid of all the thoughts that you are the best among your friends in the other team. Think that each team member has their own strengths, but they complement each other.

One team, we do have the right to voice opinions, but that does not mean that every voice of our opinion must be used as a guideline for the team.

By applying mutual understanding between team members, later you will also get used to trying fellow human beings in everyday life. Of course, this is a positive thing that even today is difficult for many people to apply, namely to understand others. Everyone, I feel like "I want to be heard", but "I don't want to listen".

For this reason, the process of competition in a sport that focuses on the team will teach many things about acceptance of other people's opinions and is useful for harmony in life.
