This occurred at Pacquiao’s recent impressive win against Keith Thurman in which Floyd Mayweather was in attendance and Pacquiao’s trainer; Freddie Roach reignited their feud by calling out the American.

With Pacquiao about 40 years of age and still going strong, while Mayweather is retired, many believed the second fight would have a much different outcome than the last one which happened 4 years ago.

Mayweather won the fight by an unanimous decision and shortly after was confident he would always be the winner even if they have another 100 fights.

Mayweather told Showtime in May 2015:

"We fight 100 times, I'm going to win 100 times. "Manny Pacquiao just is not a better fighter than me, nowhere around the board. He was a beat fighter from round one, he knew it. "He knew he couldn't beat Floyd Mayweather. "Manny Pacquiao, you're not on my level. You will never be on my level. Period. Simple and plain. It's OK to be number two, it's OK to be right behind me. It's OK."

Despite the confidence, Freddie Roach believes he was scared after witnessing Pacquiao’s performance against Thurman.

“I'm not sure, he (Mayweather) seems a little bit evasive. Freddie told PBC

"He was real quiet. He didn't stay at the fight after the decision was announced and call anyone out like he usually does.

"I think Manny scared him a little with that performance."

We can only hope this is enough to make Mayweather have a change of heart and consider coming out of retirement for a second fight. Till then, he still has one over Pacquiao.
