The Philippine cycling team will strive to be the overall champion in all cycling events at the upcoming 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.
In an exclusive interview in Vigan, PhilCycling president and Cavite Rep. Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino, they say they will try to recover from a bronze medal they won at the 2017 SEA Games in Malaysia.
Although Tolentino, who is also president of the Philippine Olympic Committee, regrets not joining the velodrome events, he is confident of his troops' ability to smash the gold medal.
Cycling squad member and SEA Games gold medalist Marella first announced Thank you that the national team has the potential to be number one at the biennial meet.
Although Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia are viewed as their formidable opponents, it is a big thing for them to know the route.
Cycling competitions will be held from December 1 to 10 in Tagaytay City.
