Lionel Messi, the Barcelona talisman has made it known that the best club in the world was his club, Barça and that the club would always be a part of him so the need had never arisen for him to leave.

“I have never had the need to leave the best club in the world, which is Barcelona. Here I enjoy every workout, every game and the city

There have been speculations about Messi leaving the club in the near future after he exposed his supposed intentions to take an exit during the tax evasion case.

Messi was awarded the sixth Golden shoe of his career on Wednesday and at 32, people want to know how long he can play on as there must be an end to every good thing.

Messi told Gazzetta dello Sport when that question was put to him: “I’ll find out over time, because you realise by yourself when you can’t go on.

He explained further that he has had the complete and best experience of his life and career at Barcelona and wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

To be honest, Messi has embarked on a brilliant career at Barcelona, he has had his most wonderful moments there , joining legends like Cruyff, Maradona, Pele and Di Stefano at the top of the game..
He has won six Golden Shoes, five Ballons d'Or, etc. He has become one of the greatest at Barça and he owes Barça as much as Barça owes him.

The statistics and records he has stacked up at Barcelona makes him, for me, the greatest in the history of the game. And thanks to Barcelona for gifting the world with this great player.

Lionel Messi is one of the greatest players to grace this earth and yet he remains humble. He says he would rather allow others speak about him than speak for himself. I remain your number one fan.

Humility is Messi's hallmark and it differentiates him from so many great but arrogant players... As the greatest of the greats.

It is his club na, with the exception of Neymar, there's no one that doesn't love his club. I am a Chelsea fan for life.

Haha his opinion though. Ronaldo will say it is Juventus
