The Philadelphia 76ers had a remarkable season last year. The team had finished 3rd in the spot with a 51-31 standing in the season. They had been one of the favorites to contend in the NBA Finals. During the playoffs, they had a 2-1 lead series against Toronto Raptors but lost to Game 7 because of Kawhi's sensational buzzer beater.
Now that All-Star Jimmy Butler and shooter JJ Redick had been traded, they have acquired All Star Big Man Al Horford. Recently, 76ers player Tobias Harris claims that they will be the at the top in the East.
We all know that the 76ers is a strong team. But can the team really become the top in the Eastern Conference? Not to mention that there are a lot of strong team in the East too. There is the Milwaukee Bucks who are one of the highest chance to win the championship, the Defending Champs, Toronto Raptors are looking forward of a back to back champions even of Kawhi is traded, the Brooklyn Nets who had recently formed their all star duo Kyrie Irving and Durant and a lot of teams that will rise up surprisingly and unexpectedly.
The 76ers should prove what Harris claimed or else, their confidence or overconfidence might destroy their chance in winning the championship.
Who is going to replace Redick? Answer me that.
Im not sure if the team had acquired another shooter sir
