Frenchman Lilian Thuram was one of the best central defenders of his time at both Parma and Juventus. Now his son, Marcus Thuram, carries on the legacy of Borussia Mönchengladbach - just in attack instead. As a striker and winger, he has been excellent for the German club since his arrival in 2019, and now there are bids for him at the big clubs.
According to the French media L'Equipe, the clubs Roma, Napoli and Tottenham have all shown interest in the 23-year-old Frenchman, who was selected for this summer's European Championship finals for France. Jose Mourinho's Roma and Napoli in particular are in the shoes of Thuram.
Thuram was a hit in bundesliga last season. He is good in front of goal and versatile which he can play any where in the front
Definitely he is very versatile alot,a man that fixture as a striker and a left winger last season and managed 18 goals in 60 appearance,he deserves the recognition is getting now
Though i have not really watch much of his match but i believe is going to be good player for so many team to be on his neck.
It will be advisable to really explore and think deep to carefully select a team where he can have good quality playing time.
Teams showing interest in him shows that he is a fantastic player. But i think he need weigh all is available option and consider the club move that will simply be fantastic for him.
Nice performance from Thuram's son.
Thanks for sharing
Playing football runs in their family. Looking at the life of his dad thuram who played very well for club and Country and also wrote his name in gold in the game of football.i see his son who is doing wonderfully well on his club at Germany emulating his father success.
Nice seeing the young French player following in the footstep of his Father. Never really watched him play but for be on the watchlist of several top club he must be really good.
I hope he makes the right choice of club from the arrays of club and not to make the mistakes several player made at this stage of their career. Glad his Father once towed this path so he should get a better advise.
Would be following his progress nicely whether he goes and hope he becomes a recognized and established footballer like his Pops was.
A good one for the son of the legend bad I must be honest that I didn't really follow the German football league very well last season,do this as limited me to actually know more about Marcus Thuram.
But of a truth I did some search on him immediately I saw this post and I see the level at which the 23tears old as improve in terms of goals and how good he was last season for the German club,it is a good one for the French man as he is on the radar of great club in Europe.
Hope to see him move as he works in his progress in his career and I must say I won't be shocked if he opted to go to England first instead of Italy
