Over the pass few days my mind has been filled with voids as I can't still figure out why things are static with me even to complete a sentence I find it difficult because my mind is been drained by events happening around me, day by day things turn out to be more difficult, lot of bills to take care of and little resources to carter for them. I have submitted various proposals to different companies seeking for job or investment but noon has brought in any tangible feed back, then my friend came in @unlimited921 and told me about a close by field not too far away from my home where he plays volleyball 🏐,and how awesome it help him reliefs him from mental stress and kept him back on track even though he hasn't gotten all his want and desire he could focus his mind on something and not get depressed.
From this perspective am getting depressed and needs some sports activity to loosen up abit, dropping some of my worries on the pitch and also transfering some of the anger in playing good sports and sweating it out. So I dashed out to the pitch early this morning because I was woke up with a nightmare that I can't really remember but it was pleasant because I woke up tensed petrified so I need to get out those negative feelings from me, but the surprising thing is before I got to the pitch others have already occupied it leaving me at the side line to snap this pix with my friends phone which also got me writing this post. ☺
