The German champions are not giving up hopes in signing their target Callum Hudson-Odoi and are in the move to make an improved bid of around £45 Million.
According to reports Chelsea will be bracing theirselves for the not giving up bayer Munich who are keen to have the winger on their team. The new bid will be of excess of what they initially offered the blues during the January transfer.
Chelsea who is fighting to hold on to any players on their fleet at the moment because of the threat of the two year transfer ban placed on them. Their newly signed coach and former player Frank lampard will be unwilling to let a huge asset like Hudson-Odoi leave the Stamford bridge. The wingers current contract with the blues expires at the end of next season and its going to be a big decision to make for him at this stage of his career, a bad decision will create a big dent for his future.
Following the retirement of Arjen Robben and the departure of Franck Ribery, the German giants have since identified Hudson-Odoi as a perfect replacement in the attacking department which the duo left. Owing to the fact that James Rodriguez who spent the past season at Munich as a loanee will be returning back to Santiago bernabeu there is now a big need for the addition of an attacking force.
Chelsea might consider the £45 as cheap compared to what the winger offers on the pitch, he has lots of pace and moves quickly with the ball, he has got eyes for goals as well and if he could survive the England games, he would do better in Germany, and if he continues this way he good go as high as £100 at the end of next season.
Right now for Chelsea is doing all they can to hold own to their boy, and making do with what they have. haven sold Heden hazard to Real Madrid, Alvaro morata has left, Higuain returning back to juventus and with the transfer ban they shouldn't be giving out anymore players.
The blues are left with little options upfront with Pedro, William and Giround and were just boosted by the arrival of Christian Pulisic, Frank lampard will be hoping to maximise things with what he has.
