If you feel so much pain on your foot, it is better not to practice for a certain period of time. If that's okay, you are doing a great job showing up and keep practicing.

If we face any unfavorable situations where we have to fight for self defense, we cannot expect it would be a fair fight. You could have disadvantages.

I took the rest of the week off but I feel I can go again next week.
