Serena Williams was unable to finish the Rogers Finals due to back spasm. As such, its opponent Bianca Andreescu has been declared champion.

Since the semifinals against Marie Bouzkova, the American tennis star has been feeling the injury. It was only in the fourth quarter when Williams felt the injury.

After the game, 19-year-old Canadian tennis star embraced Williams. She doesn't deny that since childhood she idolizes Selena in the game.
