The nice thing about Hive is it's an open transaction record. Anybody with the requisite skills can validate your entire transaction history and see that every HIVE you have ever sent to us is accounted for and marked to your account. There is sometimes a slight delay for various transaction typo issues, but those were all resolved manually.
If you haven't found some evidence other than you had one number at a beginning of December and a different number at end of December, can you please not badmouth us on chain?
