于是阿甘开始使劲地奔跑，刚开始非常的困难，但是跑着跑着，机械支架都自己弹开了。那个时候阿甘开始了奔跑，并且越跑越快，越跑越快。
时间如梭，转眼间，阿甘跑着跑着长大了，每次阿甘要被欺负的时候，珍妮就会很大声地对阿甘喊道“快跑... ...阿甘”，当阿甘听到这句话后就使劲地跑了起来。越跑越快，越跑越快，根本停不下来。
因为阿根很能跑，跑的也非常的快，阿甘成为了橄榄球员，军人。在橄榄球赛场上，阿甘拿到球后使劲地奔跑，最后在众人的围观下跑出了赛场，众人目瞪口呆。
在美越战争中，阿甘很不幸被派上了战场，在这场战役中，阿甘因为跑的很快，非常幸运地活了下来。因为阿甘跑得非常快，对待军令也是很认真，利用自己的优势救下了很多战友。
后来阿甘退役了，在康复医院里，阿甘迷上了乒乓球，并且展示出了无以伦比的天赋，阿甘越来越快，越来越快，直到康复出院后，阿甘回到了家乡。
回到家乡的阿甘很想自己的好友珍妮，阿甘甚至幻听到了“快跑... ...阿甘”，于是阿甘又开始了奔跑，并且没有停下来，阿甘一直在跑，跑遍了美国很多的地方。很多人都觉得阿甘非常的怪，但是不知道为何也开始跟着跑了起来，慢慢的，追随者阿甘奔跑的人越来越多，越来越多。
有人中途掉队，有人始终如一，跑下去，向着明天跑下去。
人生最难得的事情就是认真投入做好一件事，而阿甘做到了，并且用体育精神感染了一批又一批的人，一直奔跑。
