I'm glad that I can choose sports as the right way to open the door to life. Behind this door, I have a more authentic self, a simple life and a wonderful world.
For the first time, I started sports. I tried to finish 100 non-weight squats, and the next day my thighs ached badly.
Although very uncomfortable, but I did not lose for this, chattering about it, after all, this is sports.
After a week or so of non-weight squatting, the pain has been broken down by the body, and I have become accustomed to this simple sense of exercise. This is the result of daily persistence, when bitterness brings sweetness, the body is also changing.
A week later, the body began to be dissatisfied with the simple non-weight squat, so the weight-bearing squat officially debuted, through 1.6 kilograms of dumbbells to make squatting more difficult. At first I seemed to be back to my first exercise, but there was no pain in my thighs, just a heavy thigh at first.
No matter what sport we play, we should actively deal with it. I set a certain amount of exercise for myself - 100 squats with a load of 1.6 kilograms. It was my first heavy squat.
When you stick to sports, no matter how painful the whole process is, it makes a lot of sense.
I've been squatting heavily for two months, 100 times a day, and then it's done in a fairly short time. Later, when I wrote an article, I realized that sports can be divided into aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise, and that there is a kind of exercise in aerobic exercise that can exercise the muscles of the whole body and make the muscles of the whole body more symmetrical.
That's what I'm doing now. Someone once said that as long as I jump rope 140 times a minute, divide it into 10 groups and finish it in 10 minutes, it's equivalent to jogging for 30 minutes. The result made me feel that the sport was very cool, so I started my daily combination of aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise.
I didn't take 1400 jumping as the standard. I set 1600-1800 jumping for myself from the beginning, and finished it on time and on time.
With the passage of time, my exercise has also increased, jumping rope for 2000 times. The amount of exercise is still quite large. Only by persistent persistence can you reach the end. In weight squatting, when rope skipping was added, the amount of exercise increased to 200, and the weight was still 1.6 kg of dumbbells.

我很庆幸自己能够选择体育运动这种打开生活大门的正确方式,在这扇大门后面拥有的是更真实的自己,拥有的是简简单单的生活,拥有的是精彩的世界。
第一次,我开始了体育运动,我很努力的完成了100下非负重深蹲,结果第二天大腿酸痛的不要不要的。虽然很不舒服,但是我并没有为此服输,为此喋喋不休,毕竟这就是运动。
在进行了一周左右的非负重深蹲之后,这种酸痛感已经被身体所分解了,我也开始习惯了这种简单的运动感觉。这是每日坚持所带来的结果,当苦涩带来甘甜的时候,身体也在发生一定的变化。
一周之后身体开始不满足于简单的非负重深蹲,由此负重深蹲正式登场,通过1.6公斤的哑铃来让深蹲运动难度增加。刚开始我好像又回到了第一次运动的时候,不过大腿并未出现酸痛感,只是一开始觉得大腿很重。
无论什么体育运动我们都应该积极应对。我为自己设定了一定的运动量——100下负重深蹲,负重1.6公斤。那是我第一次进行负重深蹲。
当你坚持进行体育运动的时候,无论整个过程多么痛苦,那都是非常有意义的。
负重深蹲我坚持了2个月,每天都是100下负重深蹲,然后在相当短的时间就搞定了。后来在一次文章写作的时候,我认识到了体育运动分为有氧运动和无氧运动,并且认识到在有氧运动中有一种运动可以锻炼全身的肌肉,并且能够让全身的肌肉变得匀称。
这就是我现在所进行的“跳绳运动”,有人曾说过,只要每分钟140下跳绳,分10组,10分钟完成,那么就相当于慢跑30分钟。这样的运动结果让我觉得这项运动非常的酷,于是就开始了我现在每日进行的【有氧运动+无氧运动】组合。
我在跳绳运动方面并没有以1400下的运动量为标准,我一开始就为自己设定了1600-1800下的运动量,并且按时按量完成。
随着时间的推移,我的运动量也有所上升,跳绳运动量为2000下。这样的运动量还是蛮大的,只有不断坚持你才能走到最后。在负重深蹲方面,当跳绳运动刚加入的时候,运动量就上升至200下,负重依然为1.6公斤的哑铃。
