Playing his first game for the national side for the first time since March 2017, England's full back Luke Shaw suffered what looks like a really bad injury against Spain.
The Manchester United left back had an excellent game before the injury. He even found an excellent pass to Marcus Rashford that saw his fellow United teammate score a goal for Three Lions.
But unfortunately, he found himself colliding with Spain's Dani Carvajal as the duo were both going for the ball. The collision saw Shaw getting rebounded on to the ground where his head bounced and looked really bad. Sky Sports refused to show the replay of the injury incident.
The positive news though, is that Shaw tweeted later that he is indeed doing well and will come back stronger. He has been one of Manchester United's best players this season and has played every minute of the season so far. So United fans will be eagerly waiting for the defender to get back to full match fitness.
So unlucky Shaw, he had a fantastic start to the season and then this happens, at least he's ok, hopefully we'll see him in a few weeks
Exactly. Very unlucky to get injured while he was having such a fine run of games. Hope he's back soon.
