Motivation is a huge part of workout and sporting, and what better way to motivate yourself than the perfect playlist.
For anyone who works out regularly knows its an herculian task having to wake up early in the morning and doing an already planned routine exercise, it can be a burden sometimes. But music plays a major role in helping us achieve that feat everyday.
I found an interesting way of motivating myself, whether is biking, running or even doing regular push ups. I hope you enjoy is as well.
