Egyptian forward Mohammed Salah yesterday scored a wonderful goal from outside the box to make it 2-0 for Liverpool as they thrashed Chelsea in Anfield. Mohammed Salah suffered a period of drought in front of goal after going about 8 matched for Liverpool with a goal. Last week he scored his first goal in a long time: a wonderful individual run-away effort against Southampton. the Match ended 3-1 in favor of the Red.
Yesterday again, the Egyptian scored against Chelsea as we now see a resurgence Salah. In the absence of his goals, Mane has been on fine form in front of goals and have help Liverpool greatly. Liverpool are now top of the League table after falling behind on Saturday with Manchester City topping. City still have a game at hand and will look to capitalize on it but Liverpool will be hoping they slip if they are to get a chance at the EPL trophy.
